Do I need technical expertise to use BlueData?
No. The platform is intuitive, with drag-and-drop builders, multilingual support, and simple dashboards.
Can I try BlueData before purchasing?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
2. Pricing & Plans
Do you have a Freemium package?
Yes. BlueData offers a Freemium plan designed for individuals and small teams who want to explore the platform before committing to a paid plan.
Freemium includes:
- 1 Web User
- 1 Mobile User
- 1 GB Storage
- Up to 500 submissions/month
- AI features: Not available in this tier
It’s perfect for discovering how BlueData simplifies data collection, cleaning, and dashboards; and upgrading to a paid plan takes just one click when you’re ready to scale your work.
What’s included in each pricing plan?
- Freemium – Free: 1 web user, 1 mobile user, 1 GB storage, 500 submissions/month. Best for testing and exploring the BlueData platform.
- Starter – $150/month or $1500/year, includes 3 users and 100GB. Best for small teams.
- Growth – $200/month or $2000/year, includes 10 users and 200GB. Best for growing teams.
- Custom – Flexible users, storage, and integrations. Contact sales for tailored pricing.
All paid plans (except the freemium) include unlimited surveys, data collectors, submissions, projects, campaigns, data views, reports, and dashboards, with enterprise-grade privacy, security, and performance.
Do I save with annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans give ~2 months free. Starter saves $300, Growth saves $400.
What add-ons are available?
- Extra users: $12/user/month, or $10/user/month with annual billing
- Extra storage: $10 per 100GB/month
- AI features: $13/user/month (subject to fair usage policy)
- Accelerated Support: $50/month (8h email response)
- Priority Support: $100/month (immediate via email/phone)
- Onboarding package: $1000 (15 hours of setup and training)
- Custom integrations: on request
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. Payments are adjusted and prorated.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your selected subscription activates automatically, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
What’s your refund policy?
- Monthly: cancel anytime, plan stays active until the end of billing cycle, no mid-cycle refunds.
- Annual: refund available for unused paid months, excluding the last two discounted months.
Who owns my data?
You always own your data. BlueData provides secure infrastructure, hosted on Microsoft Azure with encryption at rest and in transit.

Can I collect data offline?
Yes. Teams can collect data without internet. Data syncs automatically once online.
Is BlueData mobile-friendly?
Yes. Fully optimized for mobile and tablet devices, including offline form completion and real-time syncing.
Can I integrate BlueData with other platforms?
Yes. Integrations (e.g., Google Sheets, Power BI, custom APIs) are available as a custom service.
What’s the difference between “Projects” and “Submissions”?
- Projects: independent initiatives you manage separately.
- Submissions: individual form entries within those projects.
What export options are available?
Reports and data can be shared via secure link, PDF, or Excel.

How does BlueData ensure clean data?
AI and manual validation detect duplicates, anomalies, contradictions, and bias in real time. Corrections can be applied directly in the system.
Can BlueData help with reporting?
Yes. Dashboards and reporting tools let you track KPIs, donor requirements, and program milestones at a glance.
Can I monitor team activity and progress?
Yes. Project management tools support task assignment, tracking, and team monitoring.
